By using Solv during our private beta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Solv provides
Solv is a financial wellness tool that helps you organize debts, understand cash flow, and explore options. Features may change during the beta.
What Solv does not provide
Solv is not:
- A law firm or provider of legal advice
- A debt settlement or negotiation service
- A lender or payment processor
- A guarantee of savings, credit score improvement, or creditor outcomes
Any numbers or suggestions are estimates for planning purposes only.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
- Use Solv only for lawful personal purposes
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Review AI-generated content before relying on it
Beta program
Solv is in private beta. The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We appreciate feedback but make no uptime guarantees during beta.
Intellectual property
Solv's software, branding, and content are owned by Solv. You receive a limited, personal license to use the product during beta.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solv is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use Solv.
